Carlye Stone
Carlye has always had dancing as a big part of her life! Dancing in ballet, tap, and jazz competitions at an early age, to performing in shows as she got older. In 2013, she started Ballroom Dancing, with her partner and husband, Patrick Stone. They have been competing nationally together ever since. Carlye also specializes in Country Dancing, West Coast Swing, and choreographed routines. She thoroughly enjoys teaching couples and families that are getting ready for their Weddings. She loves to keep a positive atmosphere and show you why dancing is the best medicine in life!
Liz Watkins
Liz started teaching in the Kansas City area in 2015. In addition to teaching, she was a part of the Kansas City Swingsters performance team for a number of years and has competed in West Coast Swing, Country, and Ballroom. Liz loves teaching all ages because she is passionate about bringing the joy of dance to everyone. Currently, outside of teaching, she runs the Christian Youth Theater Dance Studio for kids.
Mirabella Gibson
Mirabella started dancing at the age of 12. She has experience in Ballet as well as multiple forms of partner dancing. To her, dancing is freeing, fun and fulfilling, and she is passionate about bringing those same experience to others.
Kris Haney
Kris is always happy to step out and share a song with you. He thrives on helping others find not only the ability to dance well, but the ability to find the greatest amount of joy in doing so.
Kris has a background in ballroom and swing, and a tenure as a former Kansas City Swingster. As an analytical thinker, he excels in taking hard-to-grasp concepts and breaking them down into smaller parts that are easier for his students to digest.
He believes that while of course technique is always important, happiness is ultimately the goal--especially when that happiness is shared with another soul.
Patrick Stone
Patrick started Ballroom Dancing at age 10 in Omaha, NE. After 2 years of social dancing and showcase routines, Patrick gained competitive experience in Pro-Am Latin, Standard, Smooth, and Rhythm events across the US. Whether it be on the ballroom floor, in front of a show choir audience, or performing on stage as Cosmo Brown, Singing in the Rain, and Chuck Cranston, Footloose, in high school, Patrick has always had a knack for performing. This is something he graciously shares with his better half, Highschool Sweetheart, Wife, and Professional Partner, Carlye Stone. Patrick and Carlye have competed as Amateurs on the USA Dance Circuit achieving 2-time Vice-Champion in Nine Dance, being National Finalist in American Smooth and Rhythm for 3 years, and 5th place in the First Ever WDSF Amateur Smooth Championship. They now focus on competing as professionals across the USA and the World. Patrick loves to help his students achieve their goals in all social and competitive dancing styles!
